Because each personalized product is created just for you, personalized and custom items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. That said, we want you to absolutely love your order! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving and we will be happy to work with you to make it right.

Please double check all names, wording, colors, fonts, and personalization details before completing your order. Changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.

To keep our ordering process simple and turnaround times quick, proofs are not provided for semi-custom products (products on the website).  Your order will be printed using the personalization selections submitted with your order.

Proofs WILL be provided for all custom orders.  Quick approval is appreciated to ensure your order can go to print as quickly as possible.
